Chamberlin Music is the personal business of composer David Chamberlin. When you purchase sheet music here, you are buying it directly from me.

1. Grant of License

When you purchase digital sheet music from Chamberlin Music, I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may view it, print it, and play from it.

2. Permitted Uses

• Print copies of the sheet music for your own use.
• Store digital copies on your personal devices for your own use.

3. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the purchased sheet music in any form, whether digital or printed.
• You may not make the sheet music available on file-sharing platforms, websites, or any other distribution channel.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure the watermark applied to purchased PDFs.

4. Watermarking

Each purchased PDF is watermarked with your name. The watermark identifies your licensed copy and helps protect my work.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All sheet music sold on Chamberlin Music remains my intellectual property. Your purchase grants you a license to use the material as described above, but does not transfer ownership of the copyright.
